The location was wonderful and incredible - ease of access to Historic Museum of San Miguel de Allende. Units with 2 twin beds. We met exceptionally courteous and thoughtful staff at this hotel.
Some of the staff were not so helpful.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel - the staff were professional yet friendly, and they even brought me coffee each morning without me having to ask. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of the main plaza and all the activities in this city. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were excellent, providing helpful tips and speaking English. this hotel provided a memorable visit with its great atmosphere and convenient location.

Our stay was wonderful. the place was quirky and stunningly beautiful. the staff were really helpful. the location was perfect in the center of town. the room included central heating, a private safe, and a flat-screen television. the tub was clean, and everything was amazing. the hotel was very close to many other areas and the main square "jardin" and El Jardin. It was convenient to walk to the Historic Museum of San Miguel de Allende as it's only 5 minutes away.
